Sofratesa offers technology services in telecommunications, transportation and security sectors, orienting its management to meet the needs of our clients, fulfill their requirements and those applicables to our activity.

We are committed to continuously improve the efficiency of the Quality Management System, through the implementation of new technologies that increase the effectiveness of our operations according to the objectives of quality and through continuous training of human resources, maintaining relations of trust and commitment with our business partners.

 Quality Objectives

1-     Satisfy the needs of ours clients giving products that fulfill legal, normative and regulatory frameworks as well as required specifications.

2-   Optimize our processes, through the implementation of mechanisms for resource management that ensure continuous improvement and effectiveness of the quality management system.

3-     Develop the professional level of human resources through the implementation of training programmes aimed at excellence

4-     Establish a strong relations with our business partners to contribute to our mutual development and success.
